Open the BloomText contact form to send a general question. Do not enter patient names, medical details, message content, or other PHI in the form.
Do not include protected health information in public contact forms, ordinary email, or public AI prompts. This includes patient names, contact details, diagnoses, appointment details, message content, and files that identify a patient.
