Inside BloomText

Contact a member of the BloomText staff from inside BloomText when your support request may involve patient information, message content, files, or other protected health information (PHI).

Email support@bloomtext.com for general product, pricing, billing, security, or account questions that do not contain PHI.

Use the public contact form

Open the BloomText contact form to send a general question. Do not enter patient names, medical details, message content, or other PHI in the form.

Keep PHI out of public channels

Do not include protected health information in public contact forms, ordinary email, or public AI prompts. This includes patient names, contact details, diagnoses, appointment details, message content, and files that identify a patient.
