BloomText REST API
Authenticated endpoints at https://api.bloomtext.com/v1 for messages with patients and between staff, patient records, and campaigns. Patient operations use an organization API key; a person’s own conversations, including team chats, use OAuth. API access is available to organizations with a signed BAA.
Not available through discovery endpoints
Authenticated product actions
The discovery endpoints don’t sign in, send messages, read customer or patient data, upload files, or manage users. To message patients and read their replies, use the BloomText API with an organization API key.
PHI-bearing workflows
Don’t include protected health information in public support forms or in agent prompts stored outside BloomText.
