Sign up and start a free trial

Signing up creates a BloomText account for you and an organization for your practice. It takes a few minutes: you confirm your email and phone, set a password, name your practice, and accept the Business Associate Agreement (BAA). At the end, BloomText offers you a free trial.

Before you start

• Use your work email, for example the one you use at your practice.
• Keep your mobile phone nearby. BloomText texts it a 6-digit code.
• You need to be allowed to sign agreements for your practice, such as the owner or office manager.
• If a coworker already invited you, open the invitation email instead. It adds you to their organization.

Create your account

1. On bloomtext.com, click Sign Up in the top bar.
2. On Create a staff account, type your Work email, then click Continue.
3. BloomText shows Check your email and sends you a sign-up link.
4. Open the email from BloomText and click the link in it. The account setup page opens.

Finish setting up

1. On Tell us about yourself, type your First name, Last name and Mobile phone, then click Continue.
2. On Verify your phone, type the 6-digit code from the text message, then click Verify.
3. On Create a password, type a strong password under New password and again under Confirm password. Click Continue.
4. On Create your organization, type your practice name under Organization, for example Maple Grove Pediatric Therapy, and Your title. Click Continue.
5. On How did you find us?, pick an answer from the list and click Continue.
6. On What do you want to use BloomText for?, pick everything that applies, for example I want to text my patients. Click Continue.
7. On Review and accept, scroll to the end of the Business Associate Agreement. The checkbox unlocks at the bottom.
8. Tick the box to confirm you can bind your practice to the agreement, then click I accept. BloomText emails you a copy.

Start your free trial

The last screen, Start your free 7-day trial, shows what the trial includes for the plan you picked.

1. Click Start my free trial.
2. A secure checkout page opens. Follow its steps to start the trial.

To look around first, click Skip for now. You can start a plan later.

Compare plans first

If you want to see the plans before you sign up:

1. On bloomtext.com, click Pricing in the top bar.
2. Compare the plans and what each one includes. See Pricing and plans for details.
3. When you're ready, click Sign Up in the top bar, then follow Create your account.

Good to know

• The link in the email works once. If it has already been used, BloomText says You've already signed up: click Log in. If it no longer works, click Start sign-up again.
• Sign-up is for healthcare professionals. Patients don't need an account: Patient sign-in, under the sign-up form, tells them where to go.
• After you sign up, download the apps to use BloomText on your computer and phone.
