BloomText is available on every major platform. Install the app on the devices you use most, or use BloomText directly in your web browser. Your inbox syncs automatically across all devices.

Log in
Watch how it works, then follow the steps. You log in the same way on the web, desktop and phone apps, and you see the same chats on each one.
- Open BloomText. The first screen is Sign in to BloomText, with Provider selected.
- Under Work email, type the email your organization invited you with.
- Type your password. If you forgot it, click Forgot password? below the button.
- Click Log in.
- If BloomText texts a code to your phone, it asks you to Enter the 6-digit code. Type the code.
- Click Verify.
- You land on Chats, your Inbox.

Use BloomText in a web browser
If you prefer not to install anything, sign in at app.bloomtext.com. The web app works in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and has the same messaging, file-sharing, and patient communication features as the native apps.
Desktop quick-login and native push notifications come with the desktop and mobile apps. Install them for those features.
