Get help from BloomText
Find answers in the BloomText help guides, or contact support by form or email, without sharing patient information.
Who can do this: Everyone · Web
When something isn't working or a setting is unclear, start with the help guides. If they don't answer your question, contact support by form or email. Keep patient information out of your message.
Before you start
- Note which BloomText app you use: web, desktop, iPhone or Android.
- Write down what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and any error message you saw.
- Leave out patient names, phone numbers, message text and screenshots that show patient details.
Search the help guides
- Go to bloomtext.com and click Help in the top bar.
- Type your question in Search for answers..., or scroll to a topic such as getting started or security.
- Open a guide and follow its steps.
Contact support
If the guides don't answer your question, reach a person on the BloomText support team.
- Click Contact in the top bar of the help site. On the main site it's Contact Us.
- Read the reminder at the top: don't include any protected health information (PHI).
- Under Contact Form, fill in your Name, Email and Message. Phone Number and Subject are optional.
- Click Send. Support replies by email.
You can also email support@bloomtext.com with general product, billing, security or account questions.
Keep patient information out of support messages
The contact form and ordinary email aren't the place for PHI. This includes patient names, contact details, diagnoses, appointment details, message content, and files that identify a patient.
- Describe the problem in general terms, for example "A text to a parent shows as not delivered" instead of naming the parent.
- If you can't explain the issue without patient details, call +1 (415) 903-1200 instead.
Good to know
- For billing questions, include your organization's name, not card details.
- The help guides on this site cover tasks step by step. Search here first for how-to questions.
