Log in fast with a quick-login PIN

On a shared computer, pick your name and type a 4-digit PIN to open your own BloomText inbox in seconds.

Who can do this: Everyone · Web and desktop

When several people share one computer, such as at the front desk, Quick Login lets each person open their own inbox with a 4-digit PIN. Every message you send still goes out under your own name.

Before you start

  • Turn on Quick Login once, on that computer: log in with your email and password, open Settings > Security, and set your 4-digit PIN under Set up Quick Login. See Keep your sign-in secure.
  • Quick Login belongs to one computer. Set it up again on each computer you use.

Log in with your PIN

  1. Open BloomText on the shared computer. The Sign in screen lists everyone who turned on Quick Login there, under Choose an account.
  2. Find your account. Each one shows a name, job title and practice.
  3. Click your name.
  4. Type your 4-digit PIN. BloomText logs you in after the fourth digit and opens your Inbox.

If something goes wrong

  • Forgot your PIN? Click Forgot PIN? and log in with your email and password instead.
  • Picked the wrong name? Click Log in as someone else to go back to the list.
  • Someone has left, or no longer uses this computer? Hover over their name and click Remove (the x).

Good to know

  • Turn on Quick Login only on a computer at work. On a computer you no longer use, switch off Approve this device in Settings > Security.
  • If your organization asks for a texted code at login and this computer hasn't been verified in the last 30 days, BloomText asks you to log in with your email and password once, then enter the code.
