Step 1: Signing up
If you already received an email invitation to BloomText, you can skip this step. Otherwise, sign up for BloomText here.
Step 2: Invite your coworkers
Now, let’s invite some coworkers. To do this, navigate to the directory, and select the purple plus button.
Step 3: Send your first message
In BloomText, sending a message is simple. Navigate to your inbox, and select the purple plus button to create a conversation.
Step 4: Send a file
Sending a file is just as easy. Simply select the paperclip icon to the left of the message box.
Step 5: Download BloomText on your devices
You can use BloomText directly in your web browser, or install our app for iOS, Android, Windows, or macOS.
Step 6: Enable quick login
On the BloomText desktop app for Windows or Mac, you can enable quick-login, which allows you to login with a 4-digit pin. This also makes it easy to switch accounts on the same computer.
Step 7: Configure notifications
By default, you’ll receive a notification via email and push notification anytime someone sends you a message. You can customize these default settings, as well as enable a “do not disturb” option if you’d like.
